Premium Surveillancers are always ready to intervene, 24 hours and 365 days a year, if there is a request from the customer or if the alarm goes off, even if the customer is away from home or the country. In the event of an incident, the nearest Vigilante Premium will travel to the customer’s home or business to assess the situation. If necessary, the Security Center notifies the security forces, providing the necessary information and access to the home or business. In addition, this solution offers other functions that can be very useful. For example, the Vigilante Premium may keep the keys, so if he forgets them or loses them, a Vigilante will go to the client’s house to open the door for him.
